Hi there,I have been in IT for 10+ years, worked as IT Support, System Admin, IT Admin etc. Learning Enterprise Architecture - in Infrastructure.Sorry about the amount of time it took me to respond have been away for awhile. then you will see the email address in the middle of the a screen click on it there it will allow you to reset the password, wait about 10 minutes try to log into webmail if you can update this in the iphone now if this does not work delete the email out of your phone and resetup. Login to your account on the upper right click the black my account button then on the left under my products in gold click on the email link, in the middle of your page you will see your email plans and on the right you will see manage account, click any of the manage accounts if there is multiple ones it will not matter they all take you to the same spot. If you can not you will need to reset the password. If you can still not get this to work go to email.(yourdomainname.tld) for exaple mine would be, there use the username and password you think is correct and see if you can log into the webmail. The username and password on the outgoing will say optional please put them in anyway.Īlso try multiple outgoing ports for examinstead of just 25 Password Enter your email account password.
